Job Description
Mibble Technologies Limited is hiring a SaaS Lifecycle & Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize the full customer email journey. This role focuses on improving customer retention, increasing product engagement, and boosting customer lifetime value through advanced email automation, lifecycle marketing strategies, and technical deliverability management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SaaS marketing, behavioral automation, audience segmentation, and bulk email infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage onboarding, retention, and re-engagement email campaigns that guide users through the customer lifecycle.
- Build advanced behavioral automation workflows for welcome sequences, feature adoption, trial nurturing, and subscription renewals.
- Create audience segments based on customer behavior, subscription plans, and engagement metrics to deliver personalized messaging.
- Monitor and optimize email deliverability through SPF, DKIM, DMARC authentication, SMTP relay management, and domain/IP warming strategies.
- Maintain database hygiene by removing inactive contacts, monitoring feedback loops, and protecting sender reputation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, churn impact, and trial-to-paid conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, layouts, and sending schedules to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align lifecycle campaigns with customer experience goals.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS lifecycle marketing, email marketing automation, or CRM marketing roles.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging email campaigns and persuasive calls-to-action.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms and lifecycle workflow architecture.
- Experience using CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
- Familiarity with SaaS lifecycle platforms including Customer.io, Intercom, or Iterable.
- Experience with bulk and transactional email services such as SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, or Amazon SES.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS for responsive email template editing.
- Ability to interpret CRM data, customer engagement analytics, and Google Analytics reports.
- Strong knowledge of email authentication protocols and deliverability best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
