D.light Solar Energy Limited is looking for an Area Business Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth in the Iwo area. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to expanding solar energy solutions. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in channel management and knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all business operations within the designated area.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.
4. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize business outcomes.
5. Ensure that business objectives are met while maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in channel management.
• Deep knowledge of the business area under coverage.
• Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, or Renewable Energy sectors.
• Familiarity with South East, South South, or North zones of Nigeria, with a regional background being an added advantage.
