Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the IT or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and inclusive HR practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR tools and software, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
