Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 6–7 years of core HR experience within the Power, Energy, or FMCG industries.
- Highly proficient in HRIS software, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suites.
