Betty Distribution is seeking a Data Analytics and Strategy Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and developing strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and opportunities for strategic growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or strategy-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
