Job Description

Prestigious Consulting Group is recruiting a results-driven Business Development Associate to support business growth initiatives and expand its client network across multiple industries. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving client acquisition, and contributing to revenue growth through effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across healthcare, manufacturing, corporate, advisory, and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and client pitch materials.
• Support lead generation, prospect engagement, and business conversion activities.
• Manage and track sales pipelines, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned business development, partnership, and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, client engagement, or commercial strategy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a target-driven and commercially focused mindset.
• Experience within consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services will be an added advantage.
