A leading Nigerian spa brand is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Work Mode: On-site (Tuesdays – Sundays)
Salary: N300,000 Monthly
Job Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes for management meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of senior executives.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deadlines.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential records, documents, and sensitive business information.
• Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate smooth daily business activities.
• Assist with special projects and other executive support functions as assigned.
Job Requirements
Interested candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
