Gabsdan Ventures, a leading retail chain with a commitment to delivering exceptional shopping experiences, is seeking a skilled and experienced Supermarket Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction at our Warri branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily supermarket operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal stock levels.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and performance feedback to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales, enhance profitability, and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: HND, B.Sc, or M.Sc in a relevant field.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possession of an exemption letter.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a retail environment, including at least three (3) years in a managerial role.
- Strong customer service orientation and solid knowledge of business management processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
