In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your efforts will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and supporting our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for suitability.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and update hiring managers regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
