About the Role
A dedicated IT Support professional is needed to join our team in the dynamic energy sector. This role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth technological operations to support the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including computers, networks, and software applications.
  3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  4. Maintain IT documentation, including user guides, procedures, and system configurations.
  5. Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement or repairs.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, network configurations, and IT security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
