A highly experienced and visionary Managing Director is needed to lead our Mortgage Bank. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking or financial services and a proven ability to drive strategic growth, financial stability, and operational efficiency. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in mortgage banking and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategic direction and growth of the bank, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the bank’s daily operations, including financial management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, investors, and key partners to ensure the bank’s long-term success and reputation in the mortgage industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; postgraduate or professional qualifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in banking or financial services.
- At least 3 years of senior management experience in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in mortgage banking is highly desirable.
- A strong track record in C-suite leadership, financial management, and strategic oversight.
- Excellent financial acumen, with expertise in risk management and operational optimization.
