Are you a seasoned finance professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing organization? Gtext Global is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its financial strategy, ensure compliance, and oversee the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and strategies to drive the company’s financial growth.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are a plus).
- Strong background in accounting, taxation, finance, and auditing.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
