Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for IoT software, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting any system issues.
  • Assist in the integration and configuration of IoT devices with software platforms.
  • Analyze system logs and diagnose hardware/software faults to resolve connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve IoT solutions based on customer feedback.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IoT tech support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IoT protocols, cloud platforms, and device communication.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting IoT hardware and software solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
