The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols in our laboratories and production facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Perform sterility testing, microbial limit testing, and endotoxin testing.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory tests and prepare reports.
- Assist in identifying and resolving microbiological contamination issues in production.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Microbiology or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in microbiology, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and microbiological testing procedures.
- Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
