Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
  • Take ownership of software features and systems from planning through deployment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development team members.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and quality assurance teams to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical debt.
  • Support the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or C#.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience building and supporting production-grade applications.
  • Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with microservices or distributed systems.
  • Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical projects.
  • Contributions to open-source software projects are an advantage.
