Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and manage potential and existing clients to promote investment products and services.
- Develop tailored investment strategies and present suitable financial solutions based on client needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in investment sales, financial advisory, wealth management, or related areas.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage clients.
- Ability to analyze financial products and provide sound recommendations.
