Overview
Unified Payments Services Limited is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support the technical operations of Hope PSBank. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth performance of digital banking platforms and executing timely updates and upgrades across multiple banking channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new digital banking solutions and upgrades.
  • Monitor and analyze daily transaction flows and platform performance.
  • Provide second-level support to Hope PSBank’s Customer Care team.
  • Conduct routine testing, performance checks, and system backups.
  • Generate comprehensive operational reports on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B.Tech/B.Eng) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in system integration, software testing, or quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of the e-payment industry and experience with agency banking solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
