Job Description
An innovative digital product team is hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead user experience design across products with a focus on strategy, usability, and clean, user-centered interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience leading the end-to-end UX process and shipping high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete UX lifecycle from user research and journey mapping to wireframes and final UI designs
- Create high-fidelity designs using Figma and maintain design consistency across products
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and content strategists
- Take ownership of design decisions and advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals
Requirements:
