Annona Grains and Mills Limited, a leading player in the agrifood and FMCG sector, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, identifying business opportunities, and executing plans that support revenue generation and customer satisfaction across target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage key client relationships, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Track sales performance and provide actionable reports to senior management.
- Identify new market trends and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role within the agrifood, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Nigerian and West African distribution networks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
