Botare Creation Nigeria Limited is recruiting a results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations for its tissue and home care product lines. The role involves driving market expansion, managing distributor relationships, supervising field activities, and ensuring sales targets are achieved across assigned territories. Candidates with strong FMCG sales experience and a solid understanding of the Ibadan market will be highly considered.

Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦900,000 monthly
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market penetration goals.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide strategic market insights.
- Supervise field sales operations, market visits, and execution activities across assigned territories.
- Track sales performance against KPIs and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure product availability, pricing compliance, and visibility in retail and distribution channels.
- Support distributors with stock planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Coordinate trade activations, promotional campaigns, and product launches in the market.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Handle escalations and maintain positive relationships with key trade partners and retailers.
Requirements
- OND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related industry.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in field sales supervision or team management.
- Proven experience in distribution management and market expansion strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the Ibadan market and surrounding territories.
- Established network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under minimal supervision.
