Job Description
Clairvoy Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering to lead and manage the technical delivery of real estate development projects. The role involves overseeing architectural, structural, and infrastructural designs, managing construction processes, and ensuring quality, compliance, and cost efficiency in every project executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technical planning, design reviews, and approval of construction plans.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage engineering budgets, evaluate vendor proposals, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the engineering team to achieve set targets.
Performance Targets
- At least 90% of projects delivered on or before deadlines.
- 95% budget adherence rate across all projects.
- ≤ 5% rework rate in construction quality.
- Zero major health and safety incidents reported.
- 100% compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership within real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
