Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and performance data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
- Monitor, retrain, and improve machine learning models for accuracy and reliability
- Integrate new data sources and develop feature engineering pipelines
- Apply causal inference, A/B testing, and statistical methods to validate decision-making systems
- Develop and deploy new machine learning models to support automated lending processes
Requirements
- MSc in Machine Learning, Data Science, Economics, (Applied) Statistics, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of machine learning lifecycle, statistical modeling, and key concepts such as model drift and data leakage
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and object-oriented programming
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and feature engineering
- Familiarity with causal inference and practical A/B testing methodologies
- Proven track record in building and deploying machine learning models
