Job Description

A reputable automobile company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales operations, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the automobile or related industry, and will be responsible for developing strategies that maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the sales team, ensuring high performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective campaigns and provide regular sales performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • 7–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the automobile or related industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media marketing tools and strategies.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
  • Must reside in Lekki or the Island axis of Lagos.
