Job Description

A Warehouse Manager is required at DAG Industries Nigeria Limited to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This position involves supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and optimizing processes to support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy and minimize losses.
• Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Manage warehouse space, resources, and equipment for maximum productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Work Environment
This role is based in an industrial warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and equipment. May require shift work, weekends, or overtime during peak operational periods.
