Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited (TITIS) is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support across computer hardware, software, LAN/WLAN systems, and general networking environments. The role is ideal for candidates who are skilled in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and delivering reliable IT solutions in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WLAN networks and related IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring timely resolution of IT challenges.
  • Conduct routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of hardware/software installation and troubleshooting procedures.
