Proforce Galaxies Limited is seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer to support the design and delivery of high-performance mobile applications within the space and satellite technology sector. This role focuses on building scalable Android and iOS applications using React Native, with strong emphasis on data-driven features, geospatial visualization, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, cloud services, and real-time geospatial data into mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with GIS analysts and AI engineers to build interactive dashboards, maps, and visualization tools for satellite imagery and analytics.
  • Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and offline functionality.
  • Ensure consistent user experience across multiple devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
  • Perform unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure application stability and reliability.
  • Work closely with frontend, backend, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end mobile solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging mobile development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • Hold a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Mobile App Developer or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in React Native.
  • Possess solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
  • Have experience deploying mobile applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Be familiar with geospatial data and mapping tools such as Mapbox, Leaflet, or Google Maps API (an advantage).
  • Show understanding of mobile app security practices and offline-first design principles.
  • Have experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes (desirable).
