Job Description

A remote freelance opportunity is available for a skilled Digital Designer to support a fast-paced marketing environment. This role focuses on producing high-quality digital assets across web, CRM, display, and paid social channels, ensuring all visuals align with established brand guidelines. It is well suited to a Digital Designer who combines strong creative thinking with attention to detail and enjoys working on motion-led and performance-driven designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital assets for web, CRM, display advertising, and paid social campaigns
• Create dynamic marketing creatives using Figma, Photoshop, and animation tools
• Develop motion-based content for digital campaigns, including animated ads
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and developers to deliver campaign assets
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, high quality, and optimised for digital performance
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Digital Designer, preferably in marketing or advertising
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
• Proven experience designing creatives for paid social advertising
• Solid animation skills using tools such as After Effects or similar software
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver consistently under pressure
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative or design tools
• Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
