Job Description
International Facilities Services (IFS) Group is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging digital visuals that support brand visibility and online growth. This role focuses on delivering high-quality design assets across web, social media, and digital marketing channels while maintaining consistency, usability, and strong visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and manage digital content including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, promotional materials, and ebooks.
- Prepare creative briefs and present design concepts to relevant stakeholders.
- Design, build, and maintain social media visuals in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all digital platforms and campaigns.
- Review digital content and product positioning to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide creative direction and aesthetic guidance for campaigns, projects, and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using defined KPIs and ROI metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and digital design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools such as Sketch.
- Experience with digital marketing assets, including social media, email campaigns, and display advertising.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
