Job Description

A growing technology company is seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to drive user-centered design across its digital products. This role focuses on creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights
  • Design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to solve complex product challenges
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes with strong visual design principles
  • Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Continuously iterate on designs using data, feedback, and usability findings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design processes, problem-solving skills, and completed projects
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or Protopie
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-first design thinking
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an added advantage
