Job Description

A leading facility management and industrial services firm is seeking results-driven Business Growth & Expansion Managers to drive market penetration and revenue growth across three business units: Industrial Cleaning & Fumigation, Facility Management & Maintenance, and Cleaning Equipment Sales. This role is suited to ambitious sales professionals with a strong track record in business development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively identify, canvass, and secure new business opportunities across assigned business units
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, including weekly lead generation and reporting
  • Execute daily sales activities targeting identified prospects and decision-makers
  • Develop new sales channels, partnerships, and market entry strategies
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, assessments, and business presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure customer retention
  • Track performance against revenue, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition targets

Performance Metrics:

  • Revenue growth and deal conversion rate
  • Sales pipeline value and consistency
  • New customer acquisition and retention levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and business development
  • Proven experience in industrial cleaning, facility management, cleaning equipment sales, or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, market expansion, and strategic selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Professional sales or marketing certifications (e.g., CSP, CMPP)
