Job Description

Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support revenue growth through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and deal closure. This role is ideal for a professional with strong relationship-building skills, market awareness, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with business objectives
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored business solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to key decision-makers
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and secure contracts in line with company policies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy
  • Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare management reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are viable and aligned with client expectations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (B2B or B2C), preferably within consulting or service-based sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Industry knowledge is an added advantage

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 monthly + performance-based incentives
