Job Description
An established financial institution is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Affluent & Diaspora Banking business. This role is responsible for defining strategy, driving revenue growth, managing partnerships, and expanding high-net-worth and diaspora customer segments in line with the bank’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted strategic roadmap for Affluent and Diaspora Banking, aligned with the bank’s overall strategy, risk appetite, and market opportunities.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to design segment-specific products, services, and campaigns.
- Drive achievement of annual financial targets, including P&L performance, balance sheet growth, deposits, assets under management (AUM), and fee income.
- Lead strategic partnerships with international financial institutions, diaspora organizations, and wealth management firms.
- Collaborate proactively with other business heads to define priorities and initiatives that support the growth of Affluent and Diaspora Banking businesses.
- Define and track measurable business growth objectives, performance metrics, and management processes.
Requirements
- Relevant academic and professional qualifications in banking, finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the banking sector, with strong exposure to affluent, private, or diaspora banking.
- Proven track record in strategic leadership, business development, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, international banking, and high-net-worth customer segments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, partnership development, and leadership skills.
