A leading logistics company is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities
• Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar, ensuring zero conflicts and missed appointments
• Coordinate high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and stakeholder engagements
• Prepare professional reports, briefs, board papers, presentations, and official correspondence
• Track action points, projects, and follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the Managing Director with professionalism
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all assigned tasks
• Liaise with senior executives, partners, and stakeholders with tact and diplomacy
• Proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues before escalation

Performance Expectations
• Reduce the Managing Director’s administrative workload by 30–40% within the first 90 days
• Maintain a 100% accurate schedule with no conflicting engagements
• Deliver error-free documentation at a minimum accuracy rate of 95%
• Coordinate 5–10 strategic projects annually with excellent execution
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements and Competencies
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience supporting a C-suite or senior executive
• Proven experience managing complex calendars and confidential executive work
• Strong writing, research, and documentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
• Experience coordinating executive meetings, travel, events, and special projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
