Job Description
The Talent Acquisition and Engagement Executive role is a senior recruitment position focused on leading executive-level hiring decisions and strengthening recruitment outcomes. The role involves conducting final-stage interviews, applying structured assessment methods, analyzing candidate data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead final-stage interviews for senior and executive roles using structured reports and recruitment insights
- Design and implement standardized interview and assessment templates to support objective decision-making
- Analyze candidate data and assessment outcomes to support accurate hiring recommendations
- Work with the Performance team to evaluate post-hire outcomes and alignment with interview assessments
- Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
- Provide mentoring and professional guidance to Talent Acquisition team members
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment strategies for senior-level hiring

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience, with a strong focus on senior and executive hiring
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, assessment frameworks, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical, interviewing, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HR recruitment and assessment tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional HR/recruitment certification
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth organization
