Job Description

The Talent Acquisition and Engagement Executive role is a senior recruitment position focused on leading executive-level hiring decisions and strengthening recruitment outcomes. The role involves conducting final-stage interviews, applying structured assessment methods, analyzing candidate data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead final-stage interviews for senior and executive roles using structured reports and recruitment insights
  • Design and implement standardized interview and assessment templates to support objective decision-making
  • Analyze candidate data and assessment outcomes to support accurate hiring recommendations
  • Work with the Performance team to evaluate post-hire outcomes and alignment with interview assessments
  • Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
  • Provide mentoring and professional guidance to Talent Acquisition team members
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment strategies for senior-level hiring

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience, with a strong focus on senior and executive hiring
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, assessment frameworks, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical, interviewing, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HR recruitment and assessment tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or professional HR/recruitment certification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth organization
