Job Description

CIG Motors Company Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Finance Business Partner to support vehicle sales operations with strong financial oversight. This role partners closely with the sales team to drive revenue performance, strengthen receivables management, ensure accurate commissions, and deliver actionable profitability insights across new and used vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement customer credit assessment frameworks and accounts receivable (AR) monitoring processes.
  • Manage AR aging, reconciliations, collections, and provide timely bad debt risk alerts.
  • Review financial terms in sales contracts, orders, and delivery documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Supervise end-to-end sales-to-cash processes including invoicing, payment collection, and accounting treatment.
  • Accurately compute and validate sales commissions and incentives; coordinate approval and disbursement processes.
  • Conduct detailed profitability analysis for used vehicle acquisition, refurbishment, and sales.
  • Ensure data consistency across finance systems, DMS, and warehouse records.
  • Develop, document, and improve finance policies and procedures supporting sales operations.
  • Prepare periodic financial analysis and performance reports for the vehicle sales business line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting certification required; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ finance experience, including at least 3 years in automotive sales finance (4S/dealer group experience).
  • Strong expertise in AR management, sales commission computation, and used vehicle finance accounting.
  • High proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical ability with the capacity to translate financial data into practical business insights.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, warehouse, and operations teams.
  • Detail-oriented, principled, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
