Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve ambitious sales targets within agreed timelines to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline by proactively identifying and nurturing high-potential leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues throughout the contract lifecycle to protect client trust and brand reputation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates using key sales metrics.
  • Uphold and promote compliance standards in line with regulatory and ethical requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity within the PowerGen sector.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager in support of team objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of generators, machines, equipment, or automobiles.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability in planning, reporting, and sales performance tracking.
  • Solid market knowledge within the PowerGen or related industrial sector.
