A reputable consulting firm in Lagos is seeking an experienced HR Advisory Consultant to support organizations in building effective human resource strategies and improving workforce performance. The role focuses on providing strategic HR advisory services, conducting organizational assessments, and implementing human capital solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership teams to strengthen HR systems, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations.

Salary: N250,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HR diagnostics and organizational assessments to identify workforce challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Provide advisory support on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure design.
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management, restructuring, and culture transformation programs.
- Design performance management systems including KPIs, appraisal tools, and talent development frameworks.
- Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and governance frameworks in compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Conduct HR audits, risk assessments, and provide advisory support on employee relations matters.
- Manage client engagements, prepare consulting reports, and deliver presentations to client leadership teams.
- Use HR analytics and data to develop reports, track workforce performance trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in HR consulting or advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR governance practices.
- Demonstrated experience in HR strategy development, organizational design, and change management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and project management capability.
