Job Description
BT Health and Diagnostic Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resource Assistant to support daily HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, managing leave administration, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth human resource functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of HR documents in both physical and electronic formats.
- Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, memos, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and processes for newly hired employees.
- Manage employee leave requests, approvals, and leave records in line with company policies.
- Generate periodic leave reports and monitor leave balances for all staff.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate candidate communication and prepare interview materials.
- Respond to basic employee HR inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support staff engagement initiatives and other HR projects as assigned.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and record management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
