Job Description
A luxury interior design firm is seeking a skilled Technical CAD Designer to support the development and execution of high-end residential interior projects. The role focuses on translating design ideas into precise technical drawings, detailed joinery documentation, and realistic 3D visualisations required for project implementation. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work closely with a design team to ensure layouts and drawings align with the overall design vision.
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Remote (3-Month Contract)
Salary: N400,000 Monthly
Job Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 3D renders for client and design presentations
- Create interior elevations and detailed technical drawings
- Prepare joinery drawings and joinery elevations for project implementation
- Develop floor plans based on approved design layouts
- Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints for interior coordination
- Support spatial planning and coordination with the design team
- Review furniture clearances and circulation paths to ensure practical layouts
- Assist with presentation visuals when required
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
- Experience working on luxury residential interior projects
- Experience producing construction and technical documentation
- Strong SketchUp modelling skills
- Ability to produce high-quality interior renders
- Good understanding of joinery detailing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Knowledge of space planning and furniture layouts
- Strong time management and organisational skills
