Job Description
A fast-growing fashion and retail organization is seeking a Human Resources Lead to drive people strategy, strengthen workforce performance, and build structured HR systems. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can balance operational efficiency with employee engagement in a fast-paced environment. Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent
- Develop workforce planning strategies to support organizational growth
- Support performance management systems and drive employee accountability
- Promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture
- Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
- Develop HR frameworks and systems to improve operational efficiency
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM is an added advantage
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within retail, fashion, or consumer-facing industries
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build systems, enforce policies, and drive accountability
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
