Nosagie Holdings is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial management and governance across the Group and its subsidiaries. The role is key in ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Location: Ugbowor, Benin – Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements across all subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for business units.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably within FMCG or Microfinance Banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing multi-entity financial operations.
