Job Description

A leading organization in the leasing industry is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership. The CFO will drive fiscal health, optimize financial performance, ensure compliance, and support sustainable growth through robust financial planning and management. This role requires a strong track record in finance leadership, capital raising, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all subsidiaries.
  • Manage accounting processes, cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Lead funding and capital management initiatives, including investor relations, fundraising, and M&A opportunities.
  • Ensure tax compliance, risk management, and coordination of statutory audits.
  • Lead, mentor, and build capacity within the finance team to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • Professional certifications: ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or CPA required.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years as CFO or Finance Director in a group or conglomerate.
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, audit processes, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability in capital raising, managing banking and investor relations.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
