Strategy Consultant

The Strategy Consultant serves as a senior advisor focused on solving complex organizational challenges and driving business transformation through human capital strategy. This role involves partnering with executive leadership to align workforce capabilities with long-term business goals, especially during critical transitions such as expansion, restructuring, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis to assess current workforce capabilities against long-term business objectives
• Perform market benchmarking to evaluate competitiveness in talent, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Lead cultural audits to identify organizational strengths, risks, and alignment with strategy
• Design target operating models covering people, processes, and technology
• Guide mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration from a human capital perspective
• Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines for business continuity
• Advise on future of work trends including AI adoption, hybrid work, and workforce automation
• Create total rewards and executive compensation strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align board-level priorities
• Prepare and present strategic reports for executive and board-level decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage
• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Experience across multiple industries such as finance, technology, or manufacturing
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRi, or SPHRi are required
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of business performance drivers
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving ability
