A leading organization in Lagos is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager. This role goes beyond administrative tasks, providing strategic support to ensure the GM’s office operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for strategic initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Track project progress, follow up on key tasks, and ensure departmental alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Salary:
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
