Just Brand It Limited is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead human resources strategies and oversee administrative operations. This role focuses on building a high-performance work culture, managing talent, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall organizational growth. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and skilled in people management.
Location: Palmgroove, Lagos
Salary: N350,000 monthly
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Implement and monitor performance management systems, including appraisals and improvement plans
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices
- Oversee administrative operations to ensure efficient office management and workflow
- Coordinate employee training, learning, and development initiatives
- Manage payroll processes and administer compensation and benefits in collaboration with Finance
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration
- Professional HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR policy implementation
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
