Job Description
Wisdom Kwati Smart City is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead operations at its Kaduna branch. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, and ensure the branch meets sales and profitability targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive knowledge of the Kaduna real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive property sales, leasing, and portfolio growth while developing and implementing branch sales strategies
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with company policies, and operational efficiency
- Lead, supervise, and train branch staff, set performance targets, and foster a high-performance work culture
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage key negotiations, and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Prepare and manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, and submit financial and operational reports
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking KPIs and branch productivity metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and meeting aggressive targets
- Strong knowledge of the Kaduna real estate market
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and result-driven attitude
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly
