Job Description
C2 Contracting Company Limited is an indigenous construction and engineering firm delivering building, civil infrastructure, and project management solutions across Nigeria. The company is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate with a strong ability to source and convert construction projects, particularly in residential and commercial sectors.
Location: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Salary: N250,000 monthly + commission
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new construction projects from qualified residential and commercial clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and key stakeholders in the industry
- Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into active projects
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase project pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, real estate, or sales-related roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close high-value deals
- Existing network within the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
