Sidmach Technologies Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced IT Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and expand business opportunities within the ICT sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet targets in a competitive environment.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N400,000 – N800,000 / Month
Responsibilities
- Generate sales across assigned accounts and meet company sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Prepare proposals, bids, and quotations for clients
- Participate in sales meetings and represent the company at tech events and exhibitions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly
- Maintain and update customer records and account information
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical departments, to deliver solutions
- Monitor client budgets and align offerings accordingly
- Meet set deadlines and performance targets for all assigned accounts
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a sales role within the ICT industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working in a target-driven environment is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of IT markets, products, customers, and competitors
- Excellent negotiation, prospecting, and relationship management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to listen actively and build rapport with clients
- Leadership ability and a strong passion for sales
