Mopheth Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient team management. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in supermarket or retail management who can deliver operational excellence and maintain high customer service standards.
Location: Lekki / Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Including Alternate Weekends)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end branch operations
- Drive sales performance and improve overall profitability
- Manage inventory, stock control, and implement loss prevention strategies
- Supervise, train, and lead store staff and supervisors
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained
- Monitor financial performance and prepare operational reports
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Possess a relevant educational qualification
- Have 5–12 years of experience in supermarket or retail management
- Demonstrate strong leadership and business management skills
- Have proven experience in sales, operations, and team leadership
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Show strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
