Job Description

Mopheth Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient team management. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in supermarket or retail management who can deliver operational excellence and maintain high customer service standards.

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Including Alternate Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end branch operations
  • Drive sales performance and improve overall profitability
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and implement loss prevention strategies
  • Supervise, train, and lead store staff and supervisors
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare operational reports
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Possess a relevant educational qualification
  • Have 5–12 years of experience in supermarket or retail management
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and business management skills
  • Have proven experience in sales, operations, and team leadership
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Show strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
