Outlet Manager – Furniture

A reputable organization is hiring an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of a furniture showroom in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills who can drive revenue growth while ensuring excellent showroom standards and customer satisfaction.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and customer relationship management.
• Maintain an attractive showroom layout and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
• Coordinate customer orders, payments, deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy within the showroom.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights on customer preferences and market trends.
• Ensure all showroom operations comply with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail or showroom sales, with furniture or home décor experience being mandatory.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of showroom operations and visual merchandising principles.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools is an added advantage.
